Surah Al-Mulk, the 67th chapter of the Holy Quran, is also known as “Al-Mulk” (The Sovereignty) and “Al-Mani’ah” (The Protector). It consists of 30 verses (ayat) and is a Makkan Surah that emphasizes Allah’s absolute dominion over the entire universe, His perfect creation, the reality of the Day of Judgment, and the consequences for believers and disbelievers. The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: “There is a Surah in the Quran which contains thirty verses that will intercede for a man until he is forgiven.
