Asma-ul-Husna (أَسْمَاءُ اللَّهِ الْحُسْنَىٰ - The Most Beautiful Names of Allah) are the sublime 99 names and divine attributes through which Muslims know, worship, and supplicate to the Creator of the universe. In the Holy Quran, Allah Almighty proclaims: "And to Allah belong the best names, so invoke Him by them" (Surah Al-A'raf 7:180). Each of the 99 names encapsulates an infinite dimension of Allah's absolute perfection, limitless mercy, omnipotence, knowledge, and majesty.
In an authentic Hadith recorded in both Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) declared: "Indeed, Allah has ninety-nine names, one hundred less one. Whoever memorizes them, understands them, and lives by them will enter Paradise (Jannah)." Engaging in regular Dhikr (remembrance) of these sacred names cleanses the spiritual heart, brings peace of mind, grants barakah, and ensures rapid acceptance of supplications.
